loan officer

Hi my name is Bob Lasard and I am a loan officer. Loan officers works at a bank and other financial institutions. They help people and businesses get money or lened some. Loan officers specialize in commercial, consumer and mortgage loans. You need to be confortable with  financial instruments offered by the institutions. They offer training for different jobs in there institutions.Employes have to understand internal lending procedures and basic accounting. They also have to have the qualities of a salesperson, listening, negotiating. I decided to do this job because i did not want to have a phisical job that is outside and that you have to get cold or always sweat. And this job haves all my requierments: inside, not hard, no need to sweat and fun. You have to be number smart, fast on computer and you have to be patien with them because sometimes it wont always go like you want to because it is technology. And one of the most important skill you will meed is to be able to not talk for long and to be alone for long because most of the time you will work alone and with no one. So if you always need to talk and need to be with someone this is not a job for you.
